About Grant Lee Frink

Grant Lee Frink, was born on May 15, 2000 in Crete, NE., the son of Robert Troy, Sr., and Karla Jean (Winterlin) Frink. Grant’s life on this earth ended June 18, 2023.

Grant was a bright, intelligent, strong, funny, carefree and faithful, hard working young man. He had unwavering loyalty to family and friends, a contagious laugh, a positive attitude, a zest for life that was infectious, a brilliant smile, many friendships and a unique ability to solve problems. He was courageous in standing for what was right. He had a strong faith in God and that in Him, all things are possible.  His friends and family loved him deeply.  We look forward to the day when we will see him again in heaven.

Grant attended Larned High School for two years, then later attended Macksville High School, graduating with the class of 2019.

After attending Salina Technical College, Grant came back to St. John to work for Davis Electrical as a HVAC technician and later became part owner.

Grant received his certification in HVAC from Salina Technical College. He was a member of the IOOF Lodge, attended Trinity Community Church, and trusted Jesus Christ as his savior.

This scholarship was established in memory of the incredible life Grant created. The family’s wish is to help ease the financial burden of a Stafford County student attending HVAC/Electrical schooling.
